    Miracle-Ear is looking for someone who knows how to deliver a red carpet customer experience to millions of people who need hearing care.  In this role, you will be helping customers problem solve and trouble shoot any issues that may arise from their Miracle-Ear products or services. Not only will you be the hero of the day, you’ll have the opportunity to hear first-hand how you positively impacted their experience.


    Sounds simple, right? That’s where your skills in building relationships, time management, and effective communication come in.


    Success Criteria:

    You’ll have a habit of establishing friendly rapport with customers quickly by asking questions to understand their needs. By caring for the customer with a strong attention to detail, you’ll present organized and efficient options for them to receive remarkable hearing care.


    Some other great abilities our specialists have are effective communication skills in listening, speaking clearly, and using every day language our customers can understand. In all honesty, sometimes our customers may be upset, so keeping a calm demeanor when they are frustrated or too chatty will get you further faster.


    In this lead role, you’ll also flex your capabilities in training new customer care coordinators, handling complex calls, and helping with special projects as they arise.



    This role needs an individual who is profoundly positive with hands-on experience supporting customers. Someone who has flexibility with technology and can multi-task will excel in the role. Lastly, knowing the ins and outs of problem resolution and de-escalation techniques will give you a solid base to do your life’s best work with our team and our customers.


    Here some other qualifications that will set you up for success:

    • High School diploma with post College or equivalent in experience or training preferred
    • Knowledge of hearing aids preferred
    • 3-5 years of customer service experience with lead capabilities
    • Strong verbal/written communication skills
    • Ability to negotiate and de-escalate situations
    • Attention to detail
    • Strong proficiency in Office 365 and other technology
    • Commitment to customer satisfaction
