  • Overview

Amplifon Americas, a world leader in hearing care, has a strong demand for diverse, authentic, creative, and dynamic talent on our Miracle-Ear team.  As a Senior Program Manager, you’ll partner with operations, finance, human resources and other cross functional teams to ensure a smooth transition when Miracle-Ear stores move between franchisees or corporate business purchase.

This is the perfect opportunity to amplify your career if you thrive on process, organization, and accounting for all the details that will make the business run successfully.

    Responsibilities

Can you create order out of many moving parts? Our ideal candidate will bring project management skills ensuring all parts of the acquisition process are clear.  Identifying, tracking, and communicating key milestones will keep all stakeholders informed and confident about the transition.

In the first 90 days, you’ll look for gaps in the current due diligence process and then develop new processes to create an easy work-flow for teams to follow. Most importantly, you’ll motivate others to follow what you’ve created so the transfer of business is successful.

Emotions are high during acquisitions. Your clear and concise communication to franchisees and internal teams will ease tension and bring structure to the transition. An organized process leaves employees impacted feeling positive about our brand.

The best part about this job? You can create and own a program that will create trust with internal and external stakeholders and create a seamless experience for customers who need hearing care.
