    Responsibilities

    At Miracle-Ear Canada, our Area Manager position is the perfect opportunity to amplify your career. In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the clinics in your territory.  Partnering with the Clinic Managers to resolve client issues and build relationships within the community.  

     

    Success Criteria:

    Our top candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, navigating between the needs of our clinics and the needs of our clients.  Through data and analytics, you will help your teams meet critical KPIs. You will inspire your teams through mentorship and training, helping them drive operational excellence.

     

    You will get the opportunity to make your mark and take ownership of the clinics in your territory.    Celebrating the ‘wins’ along the way and addressing the opportunities as they arise. Your role is integral in ensuring consistency with protocols and processes so we can achieve best in class client care.

     

     

     

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    Education/Experience:

    • Audiology or HIS Degree
    • Hearing Aid Dispenser License
    • At least 3 years of experience in hearing industry
    • 3 years of management experience

     

    Required Skills:

    • Strong Leadership skills
    • Strong clinical standards and ability to follow protocols and policies
    • Confident and professional when dealing with clients
    • Understands key business objectives and how to drive achievement of business results
    • Understands administrative functions to ensure smooth business operation
    • Good judgment and decision-making ability
    • High sense of initiative and self-motivation
    • Excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a wide range of customers, colleagues, and vendors
    • Extensive knowledge of a wide range of hearing instruments
    • Strong customer service orientation
