  • Overview

The influence of a good teacher can never be erased. Take your passion as a licensed hearing care professional and multiply it by a thousand as you train the next generation of Hearing Care Professionals. Amplifon Americas, a world leader in hearing care, has a strong demand for diverse, authentic, creative, and dynamic talent.

Our Miracle-Ear team has an exciting and aggressive goal of 50% growth in the next 5 years. In this highly visible Training Manager role, you’ll create compelling content in new channels, research different methods to engage adult learners, and lead inspired education sessions to ensure a red carpet experience for our customers.

    Success Criteria:

Do you want the freedom and autonomy to own a project from start to finish? You’ll leverage creativity and innovation as you update existing content, create new “micro-learnings” and license preparation modules, and explore video training on relevant topics.

Gone are the days of the ‘EnterTrainer’, simply facilitating content without real-world expertise on the topic. While presentation is part of the role, you’ll flex strategic thinking and strong business acumen to impart your experience on participants. Partnership with training colleagues, product experts, operations, and marketing teams will be paramount to your success.

The best learners make the best teachers.  Staying up to date with industry trends and developments will enhance your work and evolve our methods. The best part about this job? Your work will inspire our Hearing Care Professionals to deliver on our mission of bringing sound to life for millions.

    • Web and video-based training experience
    • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Must be able to travel 25%=50 (position is based in Minneapolis Area)

While this is a highlight of what you’ll do, what you’ll get is pretty great too:

    • Excellent compensation & benefits
    • Career path planning & mentorship opportunities
    • Award winning work/life balance
    • International business exposure
    • An amazing team of diverse colleagues and leaders
