Miracle-Ear Canada currently has a full-time Call Centre Team Lead. This is a fast-paced phone environment, where you will be the lead for our Client Care Representative team. You will perform a full range of services including incoming and outgoing calls to book appointments for Miracle-Ear Canada clinics, daily floor support for other agents, and responding to customer requests in a professional and timely manner. The lead position will also be responsible for being first line support in coaching and training new agents along with assisting the Call Centre Supervisor as needed in the day to day operation of the Call Centre.

Education and Skill Requirements:

  • 2 + years’ experience in a call centre
  • 1 + year leading a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent
