Timelines and calendars are your friend and you’ll act as a project manager to drive initiatives from idea through execution. Removing silos that have previously existed can be challenging, but you are an optimistic influencer who can politely push other team members from marketing, sales, finance and IT out of their comfort zone to reach new business heights.


Leading leaders can be a challenge, but it’s a rewarding one you relish. You’ll collaborate with our amazing field teams to define opportunities, develop best practices and plan rollout strategies. You will innovate line-level tactics that drive growth, communication channels that promote the needs of internal/external customers, and strategic reporting tools that give clarity to overall performance. In the end, your efforts will help give the gift of sound to millions.



  • This is a challenging and rewarding role and will be best performed by someone with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years years of multi-retail or franchise management experience
  • Experience with standard project management methodologies and leading cross functional initiatives from concept through deployment makes you a VIP candidate
  • Must be a problem solver and be able to creatively recommend solutions to issues without a clear answer
  • Experience with data analysis and translation. Data will get you everywhere, but only if others understand it and you translate it into action
  • Ability to drive change by communicating effectively with all types of people, including franchise owners in all areas of the United States, executives at Amplifon, and internal colleagues
  • To be an effective leader, you need to demonstrate integrity and honesty to promote the culture and mission of Amplifon
  • To keep projects organized, you’ll be proficient with technology such as Microsoft Office
  • You’ll be traveling occasionally (5-15%) for trainings, conferences and to meet key stakeholders
