Position Title: Front Office Assistant
As a Front Office Assistant, you are the warm and welcoming first point of contact for our clients. Through friendly phone, email, & face to face networking, you’ll connect and develop supportive relationships with clients.
Most importantly, you’ll efficiently manage schedules that bring-in and follow up with those in need of hearing care.
We are currently looking for an ambitious, motivated, patient driven Front Office Associate for a local, family-owned Miracle-Ear hearing health care center in the Grand Rapids, Michigan Market Area. This position is full time; Monday-Friday. We have a competitive hourly salary based on your experience with a potential to grow your career in Office Management. This position does not include Medical Benefits.
If you love file folders, schedules, and just being organized, you’ll fit right in. Through process management you’ll seamlessly greet clients, obtain their information, answer general questions, and set expectations for their visit.
