Responsibilities

A successful candidate knows how to balance a strategy supported by research and data, with unique creativity that elevates the brand and entices people to choose Miracle-Ear over the competition. Design plans that spark excitement and innovation with your team and franchisees, who ensure the brand message is communicated effectively.

 

Marketing is based on the ability to read people, lead people, and deliver to people. Building honest relationships across our diverse franchisee network is crucial to influence change and ensure brand standards.

 

Understanding how the digital revolution is changing marketing trends is mission critical as you position the company for short and long term goals. You’ll gain trust faster by developing turn-key local marketing solutions for franchise owners in their local markets that align with national initiatives.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ Degree in business, marketing, communication or equivalent; MBA a plus
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in a consumer marketing environment
  • 5+ years of leading marketing professionals
  • A strategic visionary with sound technical skills, good judgment and strong operational focus
  • Direct response marketing experience in a B2C environment and national brand experience would make you a VIP candidate
  • Knowledge of marketing operations and analytics tools and experience using data to drive strategy
  • Remains calm under pressure and can manage high-stress situations
  • Has a history of fostering creative and innovative ideas
  • Has a fun, highly energetic personality; collaboration is in your bailiwick
  • Nimble, agile, and flexible are all words you use to describe your capabilities
